Job summary

We’re looking for a Trainee Property Manager to join our team in Grays at haart Estate Agents. No experience is needed, just a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.

With full training and a clear career path, this is your chance to build a rewarding career in property management. As a Trainee Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Grays, you will receive £27,844 OTE per year, uncapped commission, and full-time hours (8:30am–6pm weekdays, 9am–5pm one in four Saturdays).

Responsibilities

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
• Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance or repair issues at properties
• Deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing complaints
• Completing check-in and check-out procedures including inventories

Driving Requirements

• You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
• Full access to your own vehicle so that it can be used for work purposes
• Full business-use car insurance cover (if successful in securing the position - must be evidenced at time of offer)
• Progression within role will eventually result in a company car being provided to you*
