Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Braintree is hiring a Trainee Property Manager. You will engage landlords and tenants, inspect properties, and manage tenancy renewals while supporting the portfolio across Braintree and nearby areas.

The role offers extensive training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, travel between sites, uncapped commission potential, and progression through two promotions in the first year. A full UK driving licence is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing our portfolio across Braintree and Harlow (travel may be required).
• Booking and conducting property inspections.
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals.
• Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance/repairs.
• Handling deposits and rental arrears; processing evictions.
• Ensuring properties meet regulatory health and safety standards.
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Managing complaints and completing check-in/check-out procedures with inventories.
