Are you looking to start a rewarding career in property management? We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Derby as a Trainee Property Manager. Responsibilities of a Trainee Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Derby include:

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
• Coordinating with contractors for maintenance and repairs
• Managing deposit returns and resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
• Building relationships with landlords and tenants
• Handling complaints and completing check-in/out procedures with inventories

• £26,700 OTE per year with uncapped commission
• Company car (Full UK Driving Licence required)
• Full-time hours: 8:30am-6pm weekdays, 9am-5pm one-in-four Saturdays
• 30 days annual leave including bank holidays
