What You Will Receive

  • £26,500 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Company Car
  • Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays

Training Journey

Your journey begins with one week at our purpose-built Learning & Development Centre, featuring:

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
  • Handling deposit returns and resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
  • Building relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints and check-in/out procedures
