Role Details at haart Estate Agents in Lincoln

What you will receive:

• £25,000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Company Car
• Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays

Training Journey

Impact You Will Make

• Conduct property inspections
• Negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs
• Handle deposit returns and resolve arrears
• Process evictions
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Manage complaints and check-in/out procedures
