Job summary

Cohens Group is recruiting a 20-hour Trainee Pharmacy Assistant for a permanent contract at the Rochdale branch. The role includes dispensing and labeling prescription items under pharmacist guidance, and helping manage stock in dispensary and shop.

The successful candidate will gain practical training toward the Counter Course and NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing, with opportunities to progress within the business while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and willingness to undertake training.
• Duties include dispensing and labeling prescriptions under pharmacist guidance.
• Able to manage stock and work to deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and label prescriptions under supervision.
• Assist with stock ordering and inventory control in dispensary and shop.
• Provide high standard of service to customers and maintain accuracy.
