Job summary

Freudenberg Flow Technologies Ltd. in Port Talbot is seeking a motivated Trainee Painter to join our on-site production team.

You will learn painting, coating and finishing processes while supporting quality and safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, practical skill development and the chance to contribute to a global technology group that values diversity and ongoing personal development.

Qualifications

• An interest in painting, coating, or manufacturing processes and a willingness to learn.
• Good concentration levels and the ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Good practical and hands-on skills.
• A safety-conscious approach to work and a commitment to following health and safety procedures.
• Good hand-to-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Normal colour vision to ensure accurate colour matching and quality inspection.
• A positive attitude towards learning new skills and accepting feedback.
• Willingness to undertake training in surface preparation, blasting, spraying, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to maintain high standards of quality, housekeeping, and attention to detail.
• A reliable and flexible approach to work.
