Specsavers in Bishop Auckland is seeking a proactive person to join our team as a Trainee Optical Assistant. No prior experience required; you will be supported with comprehensive training to deliver excellent customer service and care to patients.

Based at our Bishop Auckland store, the role offers flexible hours (up to 30 hours over 4 days or 37.5 over 5) with weekend work, a pension enrollment, Specsavers Perks, WeCare support, Headspace access, and discounts for eyewear and hearing care.

As a Trainee Optical Assistant, you don’t need to have previous experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.
