Job summary

Plimsoll is seeking energetic and proactive trainees to join the Operations team in our Bristol office. Our 9 month scheme is designed to give you a practical foundation of how our award-winning production company operates.

The scheme offers monthly opportunities to gain hands-on experience with a specific production or department, with training and support to prepare you for the next steps in your TV career.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be a team player, use initiative to tackle problems, and stay calm under pressure.
• You should possess outstanding customer service skills and show enthusiasm for television production.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is beneficial.

Day to day, you will be the face of the office, responsible for:

• Hospitality: Providing a first-class service to our staff and high-profile clients.
• Office Operations: Maintaining general housekeeping, managing office spaces and meeting rooms, and facilitating company events,
• Logistics: Running essential errands and assisting with administrative tasks as required
• Receptionist Duties

The scheme offers monthly opportunities to gain hands-on experience with a specific production or department. We also provide training and support opportunities to prepare you for the next steps in your TV career.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, use initiative to tackle problems, and be able to stay calm under pressure. You should possess outstanding customer service skills, and show enthusiasm and passion for television production. Experience in hospitality or customer service is beneficial.
