Job summary

Foresite Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading housebuilders. The New Homes Sales Advisor will welcome visitors, conduct tours, and guide customers through the journey from enquiry to completion, while coordinating with mortgage advisers, solicitors and internal teams.

No previous new homes experience is required as training and ongoing support are provided, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional customer journey.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ambition to build a career in the new homes industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and qualify prospective purchasers visiting the development.
• Conduct show home and development tours.
• Build relationships with customers and understand buying requirements.
• Guide purchasers from enquiry to legal completion.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, and internal teams.
• Promote upgrades and extras to enhance the buying experience.
• Ensure sales office and show homes are presented to high standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting sales targets.
