Job summary

Connells Group is seeking a Qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor on a FTC to join Connells Braintree’s branch. The role targets CeMAP-qualified individuals eager to start or develop a career in mortgage and protection advice, with industry-leading training, dedicated support and high-quality leads.

The position offers a competitive basic salary with an OTE of £45k pro rata, uncapped commission, and a structured training and development programme.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.

Responsibilities
