Connells Group is seeking a qualified trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor for Bairstow Eves Bow’s branch. This CeMAP-qualified role offers industry-leading training, high-quality leads, and uncapped commission in a dynamic estate agency network.

You will build strong relationships with colleagues, generate new business, and support customers through the mortgage and protection process, with clear progression opportunities and modern tools to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
