Job summary

Connells Group is seeking a Qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor for Bairstow Eves Croydon. The role is ideal for a CeMAP-qualified individual starting or developing a career in mortgage and protection advice with expert training and strong leads.

Expect uncapped commission, ongoing coaching, and a clear career path within a leading UK property services group. You will work with estate agency colleagues to grow business and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
