Job summary

Connells Group is seeking a CeMAP-qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join the Brentwood branch. This role offers excellent training, strong support, and high-quality leads to help you grow a career within the UK’s leading property services group.

You will build relationships with estate agency colleagues, generate new business, and guide customers through the mortgage and protection process. A formal CeMAP qualification and a drive to succeed are essential.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
