Job summary

Connells Group is seeking a Qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Mann Lewisham branch. This CeMAP-qualified role offers training, support, and high-quality leads to start or develop a career in mortgage and protection advice.

You'll build relationships with Estate Agency colleagues, generate new business, and guide customers through the mortgage and protection process with coaching and training.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills required.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills required.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
