Job summary

King & Chasemore Estate Agency is seeking a Qualified Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their Worthing team. The role offers an OTE of £30k-£40k and a structured training programme to develop your mortgage and protection knowledge.

You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with central admin support and modern IT tools to help you succeed. A full UK driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
• Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
• Attracting new customers and business while meeting professional targets.
• Walking customers through the entire mortgage service and offering product advice.
• Participating in regular branch meetings to share best practices and build relationships.

Main Responsibilities

• Building relationships with the Estate Agency teams in order to provide training and support.
