Pertemps Crawley Perms is seeking a Trainee / Assistant Mechanical Building Services Engineer in Surrey. The office base includes site visits across London & SE, with a competitive starting salary and a 6-monthly profit-share bonus.

You will learn every facet of building services, supported by senior engineers, with a clear pathway toward full project management and career progression.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (BEng/BSc/HND).
• Willingness to learn across design, estimating, procurement and delivery.
• Commercial awareness and long-term career focus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support all facets of building services from concept to handover.
• Assist design, estimating, procurement and project delivery activities.
• Progress toward ownership of projects with mentorship until commissioning.
