The position features full-time hours and uncapped commission, with a strong progression path within the Spicerhaart group. Two weeks of paid training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, followed by ongoing development and mentorship,

• Arrange and conduct property viewings with applicants.

• Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking and leafleting.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Continue training with mentor support to progress in the role.

As a Lettings Negotiator at butters john bee Estate Agents in Newcastle under Lyme, you will receive:

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

• Purpose-built training location
• Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions

• Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*
