butters john bee Estate Agents in Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking a Trainee Lettings Negotiator with no experience required. We provide comprehensive training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre and opportunities to progress.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will market properties, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and build landlord and tenant relationships. The role offers an OTE of £28,000 per year, uncapped commission, and a generous benefits package.

As a Lettings Negotiator at butters john bee Estate Agents in Newcastle under Lyme, you will receive:

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*
