butters john bee Estate Agents in Newcastle-under-Lyme is hiring a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. No experience is required as comprehensive training and support are provided. If you are ambitious, motivated, and enjoy working with people, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will receive an £28,000 OTE per year with uncapped commission and full-time hours (8:30–18:00 Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00 Saturdays). Access to training and progression opportunities is included.

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Ambitious and motivated with strong people skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in property lettings.

Responsibilities

• Market properties to potential tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and new tenancies.

As a Lettings Negotiator at butters john bee Estate Agents in Newcastle under Lyme, you will receive:

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

• Purpose-built training location
• Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions

• Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Negotiator at butters john bee Estate Agents in Newcastle under Lyme:

• Market properties to potential tenants
