Job summary

Connells Group in Redditch is hiring a Trainee Lettings Negotiator for the Dixons team. No prior lettings experience is required; we will teach you everything you need to know to start a rewarding career in lettings.

You will generate prospects, qualify applicants, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and support tenancy progression, with industry-leading training and a generous commission structure. OTE £25,500 and a 5-day week.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are important.
• Background in retail, call centre or hospitality considered if attitude right.
