• Experience in a managerial or senior lettings role within estate agency.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Oversee day-to-day lettings operations in the Quinton branch.
• Support valuations and listings and build local market relationships.
• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing lettings team.
