Job summary

The Acorn Group is recruiting a Trainee Lettings Negotiator in Belvedere. This role offers full training and support to develop a career in the property industry, with duties including registering applicants, arranging viewings, and assisting with listings.

You will liaise with tenants and landlords, support negotiations, and maintain client communications. A full UK driving license and access to a car are required, with an uncapped commission structure and generous holiday allowances.

Job Title: Trainee Lettings Negotiator

Location: Belvedere

Brand: Acorn

Salary: OTE: of up to £35,000.00 per annum

Hours:Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 6pm, Friday 8:30am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9:30am to 4:30pm (day in lieu).

Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car.
