Job summary

The Acorn Group in Dartford is seeking a driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team. You will drive lettings performance, win new instructions, and manage landlord relationships while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires excellent communication, strong knowledge of lettings legislation, and a proactive, target-driven approach. ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential, with full UK driving licence and access to your own car preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct valuations and market appraisals to win new instructions.
• Generate and attend property viewings.
• Negotiate tenancies between landlords and tenants.
• Provide expert advice on rental values, legislation, and market trends.
• Ensure properties are compliant and effectively marketed.
• Work to and exceed personal and office targets.
• Assist in training and supporting junior negotiators.
• Maintain accurate records and use CRM systems efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Job Title: Senior Lettings Negotiator

Location: Dartford

Salary: Competitive Salary Package

Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 6pm, Friday 8:30am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9:30am to 4:30pm (day in lieu).

Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car.

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for driving lettings performance, securing new business, and managing client relationships. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the lettings department, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring landlords and tenants receive a high level of service.

Duties will include
