Job summary

The Acorn Group head office in Bromley, Kent, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. You will liaise with clients, residents and service providers, and coordinate maintenance, service contracts and inspections while supporting the team with admin tasks.

We welcome graduates and individuals with strong organisational and communication skills, plus a UK driving licence. Full training will be provided and a long, progressive career awaits in the build-to-rent sector.

Qualifications

  • Ideally educated to A level or degree.
  • Numerate with IT skills across Microsoft Office suites.
  • Clear communicator across all platforms.
  • UK Driver’s Licence is required.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients, residents, service providers and trades people.
  • Arranging and monitoring maintenance and repairs.
  • Arranging and renewing service contracts.
  • Arranging and reviewing risk assessments.
  • Site visits and property inspections.
  • Approving invoices.
  • Providing administrative support to the team.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:45am to 5:30pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will be provided with full training and will be working in a team to achieve a wide range of goals. The role will be varied, challenging and rewarding and will offer candidates the opportunity of a long and progressive career within the build to rent sector. Candidates for this role will need to be organised administrators and excellent communicators, both verbal and written. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a varied and challenging role within an established and successful business.

Previous customer service or property management experience would be beneficial however applications from graduates would also be welcome.

Duties will include:
