Proper Recruitment have proudly been tasked with sourcing a motivated, go-getter on behalf of one of the UK's largest independent estate agents who are looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Stoke Newington, London. Entry level candidates welcome.

Role: Trainee Lettings Negotiator

Location: Stoke Newington, London

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
• Conducting viewings and market appraisals
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Providing expert advice to clients
• Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
• Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• A full UK driving licence
• A keen interest in property (ARLA a bonus)
• Your own car (a bonus)

Salary: £17,500 - £20,000 [Inclusive of Car Allowance]

On Target Earnings [OTE]: Access to Pool Car or Car Allowance
