Job summary

Creagh Concrete across sites in Northern Ireland seeks a Trainee Laboratory Technician to support Quality and Technical teams. You will conduct compressive strength testing on concrete samples, prepare and record results, monitor quality, assist with lab inspections, collect samples from production and construction sites, and compile test reports.

You will also create and trial different concrete mixes while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Interest in construction, engineering, or science.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).

Based across our sites throughout Northern Ireland, you will support the Quality and Technical teams by carrying out testing and monitoring of concrete products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• A keen interest in construction, engineering, or science.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
• A willingness to travel between Creagh sites throughout Northern Ireland.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
