Are you looking to start a career in construction with one of the UK’s leading precast concrete manufacturers? Creagh Concrete is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our site teams as Trainee Precast Installers.

About the Role

As a Trainee Precast Installer, you will work as part of a specialist site crew, assisting in the installation of precast concrete products such as flooring, stairs, walls, and structural components on construction sites across the Island of Ireland. This role offers hands‑on experience, training and real opportunities to progress within the company.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the safe and efficient installation of precast units on site
• Follow instructions from experienced team leaders and site managers
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment (full training provided)
• Adhere to health & safety regulations at all times
• Travel to and from site locations as required

What We’re Looking For

• Willingness to work outdoors in a physically demanding role
• Ability to work at heights
• Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Previous construction/site experience is helpful but not essential
• Full UK driving licence is desirable
