Supporting the Factory Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily production while taking direct responsibility forQuality ControlandInventory Managementto ensure our precast solutions meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Support:Assist in supervising and coordinating factory personnel during daily production to meet delivery schedules.
• Quality Control (QC):Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure all precast products meet structural and aesthetic standards, ensuring the site remains “audit ready” at all times.
• Inventory Management:Monitor and manage stock levels of raw materials and finished goods to meet production requirements and maximise resource efficiency.
• Safety & Compliance:Promote a safety-first culture by ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Record Keeping:Maintain accurate production; quality documentation; and inventory shift records.
• Team Leadership:Support the training and development of production staff and foster a positive team culture.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience:Preferable experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• QC Knowledge:A strong eye for detail with experience in product verification and quality assurance.
• Technical Skills:Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Leadership:Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
