Job summary
Wernick Hire is seeking a Trainee Hire Controller at Cartmore Industrial Estate to join our depot team. You’ll work closely with Hire Controllers and receive training and support to develop your career in a fast-moving environment.
You’ll provide customer service, prepare hire contracts and quotations, manage enquiries, and maintain accurate records while contributing to KPI targets and health & safety compliance.
Qualifications
- IT skills including basic MS Office usage.
- Strong administrative and customer service abilities.
- Capable of handling data accurately under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer service.
- Prepare hire contracts, quotations, and other correspondence via the MCS-RM system.
- Handle enquiries and source new business.
- Record enquiries and their sources.
- Follow up on quotations and enquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Perform additional tasks as required by line manager.
- Comply with Health & Safety policies and KPI targets.

- Provide first-class customer service.

- Handle enquiries and source new business.
