  • Outbound Activity Confidently engage with prospective clients through targeted outbound calls to generate opportunities and book appointments.
  • Marketing & Campaign Support Work closely with the Head of Sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, ensuring alignment between brand, messaging, and sales activity.
  • Exhibitions & Events Support pre‑and post‑event activity, including logistics and proactive follow‑ups to maximise every opportunity generated.
  • Sales Materials & Presentations Create high-quality proposals, presentations and supporting materials using PowerPoint and other tools to enhance client engagement.
  • Bid & Tender Coordination Play a key role in coordinating tender submissions, collating information, supporting bid writing, and ensuring professional, timely submissions. You’ll also develop skills in using AI technology and systems such as Salesforce to improve the efficiency and quality of bids.
  • General Commercial Support Assist with reporting, documentation, meeting coordination, and continuous improvement of how we work as a team.
What We’re Looking For
  • Work Ethic, Drive & Ambition You’re motivated, resilient and eager to build a successful career.
  • Passion for Sales You enjoy the buzz of sales, are target‑driven, and have a clear interest in developing a future career in sales or business development.
  • Proactive Mindset You take initiative, spot opportunities, and aren’t afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • IT Savvy & Future‑Focused Comfortable with systems and quick to learn new tools, including CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and AI technology to support tender submissions and sales processes.
  • Strong Communication Skills Confident, professional, and engaging, whether on the phone, in writing, or face‑to‑face.
  • Highly Organised Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
