Reynolds Food Group is launching a Trainee Driver Academy in Grangemouth to train individuals into qualified LGV/HGV drivers. Starting salary is £31,725 with an incentive to grow as you complete the Class 2 licence, and you will work an average of 48 hours a week across five days in seven, including Saturdays.
During training you may drive a 3.5T vehicle and learn on the job with a mentor. After theory and Class 2, you’ll drive a 7.5T vehicle for up to 8 weeks, then progress to an HGV Class 2 as

This program is designed for individuals with a strong work ethic, who want to become a qualified LGV/HGV Driver.
While training you may be utilised in a 3.5T vehicle or learn on the job with a mentor showing you all aspects of the job.
After passing your theory and obtaining your Class 2 licence you will initially be driving a 7.5 Tonne vehicle for up to 8 weeks, so that you gain experience of driving an HGV vehicle.
After this period, you will then be assessed by one of our assessors in an HGV Class 2 vehicle, on successful completion of this you will be classed as a Reynolds qualified Class 2 Driver
Many drivers have progressed to other roles within the business, so there are unlimited career growth opportunities within the company.
