Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience required.
• Care Certificate as a potential path if not held, or similar qualification considered in training pathway.

Responsibilities

• Support training period for up to 6 months with salary aligned to National Living Wage.
• Complete and be signed off on required clinical skills.
• Achieve the Care Certificate (if not already held) or complete the Trust’s Practical Assessment Documentation.
• Complete all Mandatory training requirements.
• After successful completion, pay progresses to Agenda for Change Band 3.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care completed in partnership with Cheshire College onsite.
