Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is offering a six-month fixed-term training post for individuals not yet ready to work substantively as a Healthcare Support Worker. The role includes signing off clinical skills, completing the Care Certificate, and mandatory training, with on-site NVQ Level 3 training over 21 months at Cheshire College.

Pay advances to Agenda for Change Band 3 once the programme is signed off, with visa sponsorship not available for this post.

Qualificações

• Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent knowledge.
• Care Certificate to be completed within 6 months of appointment.
• Experience in a clinical environment with proven competencies.
