Our training programme will prepare you with recruitment and crypto & blockchain knowledge. You’ll be on the phones by the end of your first week.

The role:

Initial weeks as a 180 delivery consultant, with training to:

• Understand client requirements
• Find candidates via job boards and advertising
• Qualify candidates over the phone
• Manage candidates through interviews and hiring
• Build a personal brand online, e.g., LinkedIn

Progress to a 360 role, allowing you to:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle
• Generate leads and develop client relationships to win new business

Uncapped commission on top of a competitive base salary!
