Plexus is hiring Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our rapidly growing team!

Since its founding in 2017, Plexus has become the biggest Web3 recruiter globally and ranked tenth in the Recruitment Hot 100 list.

We plan to expand further, including opening our first international office.

Our training programme will prepare you with all you need to know about recruitment and the crypto & blockchain space. You’ll be actively involved from the start, with phone work by the end of your first week.

We are a collaborative team with big ambitions, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to start ASAP. Flexibility on start dates is available.

The role:

Initially, new consultants work as 180 delivery consultants. Training includes:

• Understanding client requirements
• Finding candidates via job boards and advertising
• Qualifying candidates over the phone
• Managing candidates through interviews and hiring
• Building a personal brand on platforms like LinkedIn

Afterward, you can progress to a 360 role, allowing you to:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle
• Generate leads and develop client relationships to win new business

Our recruitment consultants enjoy uncapped commissions on top of a competitive base salary.
