Plexus is hiring Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our rapidly growing team!

Our training programme will get you up-to-speed with recruitment and the crypto & blockchain space. You’ll be on the phones by the end of your first week.

We are a sociable, ambitious team looking for motivated people to start ASAP. Flexible start dates available.

The role:

Initially, all new consultants start as 180 delivery consultants for a few weeks. We will train you to:

• Understand client requirements
• Find candidates via job boards and advertising
• Qualify candidates over the phone
• Manage candidates through interviews and hiring
• Build a personal brand on platforms like LinkedIn

Then, you will have the opportunity to go 360°, working the full recruitment cycle, generating leads, and developing client relationships to win new business.

Our recruitment consultants enjoy uncapped commission on top of a competitive base salary!
