Our training programme will get you up-to-speed with everything about recruitment and the crypto & blockchain space. We have confidence in our people, so you’ll be on the phones by the end of your first week.

The role:

Initially, all our recruitment consultants start as 180 delivery consultants for a few weeks. We will train you to:

• Understand client requirements
• Find candidates via job boards and advertising
• Qualify candidates over the phone
• Manage candidates through interview and hiring processes
• Build a personal brand on platforms like LinkedIn

Then, you will have the opportunity to go 360, meaning you:

• Work the full recruitment cycle
• Generate leads and develop client relationships to win new business

Our recruitment consultants enjoy uncapped commissions on top of a competitive base salary!
