Qualifications

• Interest in a career working in a soil laboratory.
• Good numeracy and literacy.
• Willing to perform manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests on soil, rock and aggregate samples.
• Understand test methods and reasons for testing.
• Assist in calibration and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain a clean, orderly laboratory.
• Ensure work quality meets safety and time standards.
• Handle sample receipt, storage and disposal.
