Trinity Claims invites you to start a long-term career in the insurance sector as a Trainee First Response Technician. You will support the restoration of properties damaged by fire or water, working within the First Response division and alongside experienced technicians.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to learn and progress in insurance/restoration.
• Full, clean driving license with no more than 3 points.

Responsibilities

• Assist with restoring, drying, and sanitising tasks after fire or water damage.
• Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and relevant parties.
• Carry out mitigation works to prevent secondary damage.
• Monitor and install drying equipment on-site as needed.
• Participate in assessments and ensure documentation is accurate.
