Job summary

Trinity Claims is seeking a motivated Trainee First Response Technician in the UK. You will begin in a structured entry role at the start of the claims journey, gaining hands-on experience in fire, water and accidental damage restoration while learning how claims are assessed and resolved.

You’ll receive comprehensive training and opportunities to progress into specialized insurance careers, supported by a dedicated team and clear development paths.

Responsibilities

• Assist with restoring, drying, and sanitising tasks following water or fire damage.
• Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and relevant parties.
• Carry out mitigation works to prevent secondary damage.
• Monitor and install drying equipment on-site.
• Participate in assessments and reporting with documentation and photos.
• Work with First Response Technicians and Team Leaders to ensure timely service.
