S Knights Recruitment is seeking a Trainee Financial Trainer to join a national training provider delivering Apprenticeships across the West Midlands and beyond. The role focuses on guiding learners from enrolment through End Point Assessment for Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice or Paraplanning.
You will deliver a blend of virtual sessions, coaching and workplace support to help apprentices develop confidence and competence in Financial Services.
Location: West Midlands / East Midlands
Salary: £35,000 £40,000

As a Financial Trainer, you’ll support learners completing the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice / Paraplanning Apprenticeship Standard, guiding them from enrolment through to End Point Assessment.
Using your industry knowledge, you’ll deliver engaging learning through a blend of virtual sessions, coaching and workplace support, helping apprentices develop the confidence and competence required to succeed within Financial Services.
Previous training or teaching experience is welcomed but is not essential. If you have strong Financial Services experience and enjoy developing others, we’d love to hear from you.
