Job summary

Titan Wealth Planning (TWP) is seeking Diploma-qualified individuals to begin a desk-based advisory role, delivering financial planning advice to a client bank and progressing toward full Financial Planner status.

With a structured development pathway, you will gain hands-on experience, build relationships, and advance within a collaborative Titan group. Hybrid working and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4 or equivalent) is essential.
• Experience in financial services roles (e.g. paraplanning, client support, account management, mortgage advice).
• Desire to progress into a client-facing financial planning role with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivation for long-term career progression within financial planning; proactive mindset and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial planning advice to an existing portfolio of clients (up to £250k in investable assets).
• Conduct client reviews and ongoing servicing conversations.
• Support the conversion of existing clients onto ongoing service propositions.
• Build relationships and identify additional client needs across wealth planning areas.
• Generate advice income and contribute to revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams across the Titan group to identify opportunities.
• Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations and internal processes.
• Maintain accurate and high-quality client documentation and reporting.
• Continue developing technical knowledge and industry expertise.
