Titan Wealth Planning is seeking a Diploma-qualified professional to join in a trainee advisory role, working with an established client bank and gaining hands-on experience delivering advice and building relationships toward full Financial Planner status.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) required.
• Experience within financial services (paraplanning, client support, account management, mortgage advice).
• Transition into a client-facing financial planning role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial planning advice to an existing client portfolio (typically up to £250k).
• Conduct client reviews and ongoing servicing conversations.
• Support the conversion of existing clients onto ongoing service propositions.
• Build relationships and identify client needs across wealth planning areas.
• Generate advice income and contribute to revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams across the Titan group to identify opportunities.
• Ensure all advice complies with FCA regulations and internal processes.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and reporting.
• Continue developing technical knowledge and industry expertise.
