Titan Wealth is expanding rapidly and offers a structured development pathway from trainee/advisory support to full Financial Planner roles. You will work with an established client bank, gaining hands-on experience delivering advice and building client relationships.

The role emphasizes ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration within the Titan group, with a focus on compliance and professional growth in wealth management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) or equivalent is essential.
• Experience in financial services (paraplanning, client support, mortgage advice) is valued.
• Desire to transition into a client-facing financial planning role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial planning advice to an existing portfolio of clients (up to £250k).
• Conduct client reviews and ongoing servicing conversations.
• Support the conversion of existing clients onto ongoing service propositions.
• Build relationships and identify additional client needs across wealth planning areas.
• Generate advice income and contribute to revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams across the Titan group for opportunities.
• Ensure all advice is FCA compliant and with internal processes.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and reporting.
• Continue developing technical knowledge and industry expertise.
