Job summary

Titan Wealth Planning (TWP) is part of Titan Wealth, focusing on best-in-class wealth management, employee benefits and retirement planning. The role delivers high-quality financial planning and independent advice to clients via a desk-based service model, serving clients with investable assets up to £250,000.

This is a hybrid, full-time role (35 hours per week): 3 days in the office and 2 days home-based. Opportunity for growth within Private Client services and Paraplanning.

Qualifications

• Experience using Word, Excel and databases to manage client information.
• Cash flow modelling is preferable but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.
• Technical competence across financial planning disciplines and regulations.
• Good decision-making and strong analytical and detail focus.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to coach and provide constructive feedback.
• Solid knowledge of applicable regulations and Titan policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and nurture client relationships to grow service lines.
• Review and service existing clients with holistic financial planning solutions.
• Achieve revenue targets set by the regional manager.
• Cross-sell and refer opportunities across Titan Group.
• Maintain client relationships and identify additional advice needs.
• Generate client inquiries and drive advice income.
• Deliver compliant, report-ready financial plans using approved templates.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and regulations.
