Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support advisers in delivering advice and services to employers and employees.
  • Assist with implementation and ongoing management of workplace pension schemes.
  • Support pension governance meetings and client reviews.
  • Help deliver employee pension workshops and financial wellbeing presentations.
  • Assist with setup and administration of employee benefits arrangements.
  • Support management of Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection and Private Medical Insurance schemes.
  • Prepare meeting packs, reports and client communications.
  • Liaise with pension providers, insurers, payroll teams and HR departments.
  • Attend client meetings with advisers and develop trusted relationships with clients.
  • Observe meetings to assist with personal development and progression.

Job description

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who has a genuine interest in financial services and is looking to develop a career in financial advice.

This role would particularly suit an existing , financial services administrator, paraplanner, employee benefits consultant, or someone with experience in pensions administration who is looking to make a difference in the community and eventually take the next step towards becoming a regulated financial adviser.

What the role involves:

You will work closely with our Workplace Pensions and Employee Benefits team, supporting advisers in delivering advice and services to employers and employees.
