Qualifications

• Interest in financial services and client-focused mindset.
• Experience in pensions administration or financial services admin.
• Confident with client interaction and group presentations.
• Ambitious to progress professional qualifications.
• Actively pursuing CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Support advisers in delivering advice and services to employers and employees.
• Assist with implementation and ongoing management of workplace pension schemes.
• Support pension governance meetings and client reviews.
• Help deliver employee pension workshops and financial wellbeing presentations.
• Assist with setup and administration of employee benefits arrangements.
• Support management of Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection and Private Medical Insurance schemes.
• Prepare meeting packs, reports and client communications.
• Liaise with pension providers, insurers, payroll teams and HR departments.
• Attend client meetings with advisers and develop trusted relationships with clients.
• Observe meetings to assist with personal development and progression.
