Job summary

Hotpoint is offering a training-led Trainee Field Service Engineer role in the UK. You will start with comprehensive induction and shadowing, then progress through on-the-job learning to diagnose and repair household appliances at customers’ homes.

Living in the UK, you will drive a company van, handle tools and spare parts, and receive progression opportunities and performance-based bonuses as you gain qualifications.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and service-minded
• Interest in electrics, mechanics or hands-on problem solving
• Must hold a full UK manual driving licence
• Physically capable of moving and lifting appliances
• Eligible to work in the UK; no prior field engineering experience required

Responsibilities

• Drive a Hotpoint van to customer appointments
• Diagnose and repair household appliances at customer homes
• Provide high-quality customer service and professional guidance
• Manage tools and spare parts stock on the road
• Promote Hotpoint products to customers
