Job summary

Hotpoint invites you to train as a Trainee Field Service Engineer, visiting customers’ homes to diagnose and repair appliances. You’ll gain hands-on experience and complete classroom learning, with a structured progression path.

No prior experience required—earn while you train and move into a permanent role within a year. You will travel in a fully equipped company van, with the support of a comprehensive induction and on-the-job learning.

Qualifications

• Passionate about customer service.
• Interested in electrics, mechanics, or hands-on problem-solving.
• Hold a full UK manual driving licence.
• Physically fit and able to move and lift appliances.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Drive your own Hotpoint van to customer appointments.
• Diagnose and repair household appliances on site.
• Provide top-notch customer service and build trust with customers.
• Manage tools and spare parts stock during visits.
• Promote Hotpoint products to customers.
